My professional journey has taken shape at the intersection of several worlds: business development, energy transition, technical integration, coaching, and outdoor sports. I never pursued a traditional path — not out of rebellion, but because what drives me is meaning, coherence, and impact.
With a degree in International Business Management and Hospitality, I began my career in demanding environments where precision, service, and human connection were essential. I’ve had the opportunity to grow within companies like Apple, Schreder Lighting, SolarEdge, and AmaraNzero, gaining valuable experience in structuring projects, building trust, aligning teams, and managing complex commercial operations across borders.
For over twenty years, I’ve been working in B2B sales and business development, including 15+ years in the energy and technology sectors — from solar PV to BESS, EMS, IoT, PPA, and digital integration. I’ve supported installer networks, trained field teams, advised C-level stakeholders, and developed strategic commercial approaches across both residential and large-scale industrial markets.
I work fluently in French, Dutch, and English, and I feel at ease in multicultural environments where nuance, adaptability, and clear communication make the difference. My strengths lie in listening carefully, identifying the right leverage points, and fostering collaborative, solution-oriented dynamics — both in strategy and in the field.
Energy, quite literally, runs in my blood. For four generations, my family has worked in this sector — from coal mining to lighting, from natural gas to today’s solar transition. That legacy taught me early on that energy is not just about kilowatts or efficiency — it’s about responsibility, continuity, and the ability to evolve with purpose. I strive to contribute to that evolution with a contemporary, connected, and sustainable outlook.
In parallel with my corporate roles, I’ve always maintained a deep connection with nature and outdoor sports. I’ve been practicing kitesurfing for over twenty years, and founded my own private school, JAXSUN SPORTS, where I teach all levels of students the techniques, safety and flow of the sport. More recently, paragliding has entered my life — a discipline that teaches you to read the sky, catch invisible thermals, and balance risk with intuition. These experiences sharpen my ability to stay present, make clear decisions, and cultivate calm under pressure.
Today, through my consultancy MATYPIQUE, I support companies and entrepreneurs seeking to align strategy with impact. I operate at the crossroads of business growth, energy solutions, and human transformation, offering tailored support grounded in integrity, pragmatism, and vision.
